Questions
What counts as an identified customer?
A person your app told us about through identify, a JWT, the API or an import: someone with an id or an email. Anonymous visitors, votes cast before sign-in, and your own teammates never count.
What happens when I go over?
Nothing stops. Owners get an email at 80% and at 100%; the next plan up is the honest fit and you can move whenever you like. There is no per-customer overage on the price.
Seats?
Unlimited on every plan, including Free. Support, product, engineering and the founder all get a login.
How does AI pricing work?
Bring your own Anthropic key and pay them directly with zero markup, or use the credits included in Pro and up. Indexing runs on our own model and costs nothing.
Can I self-host?
Yes. Harkly is AGPL-3.0 and runs from one docker compose file. Every module is included; SSO/SAML for admins and audit-log export need a license key.
Annual billing?
Two months free on every paid plan. Switch between monthly and yearly any time; Stripe prorates the difference.
Can I cancel?
From Settings → Plan & billing, in one click. You keep the plan until the end of the period, then drop to Free with all your data.
